Get Fit Kickstarter Package
1 session a week – £195
2 sessions a week – £375
This 6 week package is ideal for anyone who needs a kickstart for an upcoming event or just to start them off in the right direction. It includes a food diary analysis with nutritional consultation plus weekly goal setting and a personalised follow up exercise programme.
Small group PT
Group of 2 – £20 per person
Group of 3 – £15 per person
Share your workout with a friend or two, it’s not only more economical but has the benefits of greater motivation and camaraderie too.
Longer Term Fitness Training Packs

For those who are serious about getting fit and staying fit! Longer term packs of between 3 – 6 months are available, please enquire for further details.
